PRODUCTS DU SUD was created in 2007 to develop Malian and African exports of agricultural and picking products. The company has established a partnership with more than 300 villages in the Kayes and Koulikoro regions. Direct relations were established with the collectors, without other intermediaries, which made it possible to develop higher quality standards. The socio-economic development of rural areas is thus favored. These activities have generated income for 3,000 villagers, affecting more than 20,000 people in the community. A gum and sesame cleaning and packaging plant was built in Sandaré (130 km from Kayes).
