Fruit and vegetable processing unit (US Tako Sylla SARL), is a processing and marketing unit for organic and conventional dried mango.
Located in Sirakoro Méguetana, the unit was created in 2008, employs 55 agents including 10 permanent staff headed by Tako Sylla by a lawyer by training (ENA DE BAMAKO).
President of the Mango Transformers Cooperative of Bamako, Member of the inter-professional organization of the mango sector in Mali (Secretary for Transformation) and delegate within the National Federation of Transformers (FENATRA).
The promoter capitalizes on 13 years of experience in the transformation of Agri-food products. She has a perfect mastery of the transformation process having followed technical training in Africa and Europe.
The main products and / or services of US TAKO are:

• Dried mango (slices) -Mango rolls-Mango bars;
• Mango juice
• Mango powder

The equipment of the unit are Tunnel and Attesta for drying for a production of 40 to 50 tonnes for the dried mango.
The operation of the unit and the working conditions are strictly supervised according to norms and standards and the US TAKO has two certifications which are as follows:

• HACCP
• ORGANIC

In addition to the dried mangoes the unit produces mango juice and powder.
